Nicholas K Fall Winter 2016 2017
Nicholas K presented their fall winter collection in New York city over the last couple of days setting fashion week off with a bang. The dynamic due composed a collection that drew inspiration from Arcosanti a town built in Arizona of which was populated by Paolo Soleri. The collection still kept its essence of urban attire proving that sustainable fashion can still be easily worn. The collection gave us futuristic movement, solid tones and an apocalyptic vibe in the creation of the garments. Wrap tops and coats, drop crotch pants played a vital part throughout the collection and a blend of heavy fabrics including leathers were mixed with soft pallet fabrics such as chiffon's and silks to create timeless pieces that will never go out of fashion.
