Cranberry pecan baked apples




 














Ingredients
·         cooking apples
·         dried cranberries 
·         pecans, chopped or whole
·         oranges, finely grated zest and juice




Method

  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Core cooking apples, fill their centres with dried cranberries, chopped or whole pecans and the finely grated zest and juice of oranges, then bake until tender (which should take about 20 mins).
