This fall a touching and heartfelt movie will be hitting our big screens, and you may want to bring a box of tissues for this one as its bound to leave you teary eyed. Wonder is based on the 2012 novel by R.J. Palacio, directed by Stephen Chbosky and written by Steve Conrad the movies premise is based around Auggie a child who's been in and out of hospital due to his facial differences. Growing up Auggie takes comfort in wearing helmets to hide his face from the public but when he begins to attend new school Beecher Prep his parents Isabel & Nate both let Auggie know he no longer needs to hide behind a mask and is just like all the other kids. 

The journey for Auggie is rough as the young boy feels alone and not welcomed by all the other children who chastise and taunt him, his parents teach him that he is not only loved but just as special if not more as all the other children in the world. With Auggies new found confidence he begins to shine academically and physically making friends along the way and teaching all the other children beauty, love and confidence starts from the inside. A beautiful meaningful message which is certainly needed in this current time and one all ages can not only enjoy but learn and see things from another perspective. The movie is set for release in mid November and stars Julia Roberts, Owen Wilson & Jacob Tremblay and judging from the trailer alone this looks like it will be an amazing nominee during award season and a great ending to 2017.
