This Fall be prepared to be scared out of your skin literally with an upcoming horror story that will haunt you for eternity. The Ritual directed by David Bruckner is about a group of college friends who get together for a road trip to an unknown forest after a tragic robbery which left one of the friends brutally murdered. The group encounter some terrifying obstacles on their journey however one evil and treacherous presence makes sure the group adventure is not only challenging but changes their lives forever from the moment they step foot into the forbidden forest. The dark and terrifying movie is set for release on October 13th and stars Rafe Spall, Robert James-Collier, Arsher Ali, Sam Troughton and many more, judging from the looks of the trailer you may want to bring a friend or two with you to watch this terrifying cult film. The Ritual looks as though it may have some similarities to the movie The Blair Witch Project with most of the scenes being filmed in the woods and strange happenings and unidentified objects and signs appearing without notice. The Ritual looks like a movie that will not only keep you on your toes throughout but will have your heart racing palms sweating and stomach churning, if you can manage to watch the film without closing your eyes that is.
