   69th British Academy Film Awards 

The Bafta awards took place last night in London's 'Royal Opera House' hosted by 'Stephen Fry' the award celebrates and honor the best in British and International contributions to film in 2015. With the worlds most well known actors/actresses from across the globe under one roof battling not only for the awards but the best dressed on the red carpet and all contenders were on their (A) game in that field. 

It was 'Leonardo DiCaprio' who was the main man of the night picking up the award best actor in his role in the blockbuster movie "The Revenant" as well as scooping up best director and best picture. Another big winner on the night was British actor 'John Boyega' winning the EE rising star award for his role in "Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens".

The Golden Globe Awards took place a few hours ago and the stars where in full effect as they made their red carpet entrances for one of the biggest nights in showbiz. The ceremony took place in the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills California and was hosted by British comedian Ricki Gervais.
