Louis Vuitton Fall Winter 2016/2017

Louis Vuitton put on a sparkling fashion show during Paris Fashion Week with their FW16 collection. The collection oozed elements of a modern 80's twist with reflective disco columns throughout the runway and a retro Aztec print mapped out on the runway floor, leather skinny trousers, biker jackets, crop jackets, dresses and skirts with a ruffled hemline, blazers and jumpers were all a feature throughout the show. Bold statement colors including red, blue were featured with heavier blacks and grey's to create a mind blowing and eye catching combination; The collection fed our appetite with an abundance of colors, patterns, shapes, and fabrics a great way to conclude fashion week.

The UNICEF Ball took place this week in 'Beverly Hills California' at the 'Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel', and the charity event sponsored by 'Louis Vuitton' played host to a number of worldwide celebrities how helped raise over $2.5 million dollars for the charity's program's. The red carpet was the talk of the night however. with some of the most beautiful designer gowns on the world hottest stars. There were also some huge winners on the night including 'David Beckham' who was honored for his humanitarian leadership through his seven charity foundations; along with performances from 'Mariah Carey' and 'The Company Men'.

Louis Vuitton Model Sam Sarpong Dies

Louis Vuitton model 'Sam Sarpong' aged 40 died on Monday 26th October after falling from a bridge in Los Angeles California. 'Sam' was the 'Brother of Tv presenter 'June Sarpong'',  and the first black model for Louis Vuitton ; as well as modelling for other fashion houses such as Versace, Tommy Hilfiger and Gucci. Sam also ventured into the world of music and acting and had great success in these fields, making over 50 TV and film appearances and selling over 1 million copies of his albums with group 'League' worldwide; a tragic time and a true talent lost.
