Today our WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday) goes to someone who needs no introduction, a true entertainer in all fields, business woman and icon Queen Bey. Beyonc'e exploded on the scene with the biggest girl group of all time Destiny's Child breaking multiple records worldwide and scooping up multiple awards before releasing her debut solo album in 2003; Beyonc'e has since gone on to release 5 albums Bday, I Am Sasha Fierce, 4, Beyonc'e & Lemonade. Beyonc'e has sold over 100 million records world wide making her one of the best selling artist of all time along with being named the top certified artist of the decade listed by RIAA (Recording Industry Association Of America). Beyonc'e has won a total of 20 Grammy awards, 24 MTV Video Music Awards, 24 BET Awards and an abundance of awards world wide making her an iconic figure worldwide and a musical legend. Beyonc'e has been nominated for 9 Grammy awards at this years annual awards taking the lead as most nominated female with her visual album Lemonade which received universal acclaim becoming the first female to chart 12 or more songs at the same time, the most streamed album in a week by a female artist and selling over 1.5 million albums in the USA alone. We can be sure to see Beyonc'e rightfully claim the throne with her 9 nominations at this years Grammy awards, a well deserved winner and rightfully so as Beyonc'e proves time and time again she is a force to be reckoned with.

Today our MCM (Man Crush Monday) goes to Canadian royalty and Hip Hop's favorite man Drake. Exploding on the scene in 2010 Drake has literally taken over the music industry releasing a total of 4 albums and 5 mixtapes three of which he released prior to being signed to Young Money Entertainment. Drake has worked with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry including Rihanna, The Game, Kanye West, Beyonce, Big Sean, Mary J Blige, Lil Wayne along with many others lending a hand with vocals, writing & producing. Drake has broken numerous records worldwide including his singles and albums ranking platinum/double platinum on several occasions and most recently last year Drake came close to taking a world record held by Whitney Houston for his song One Dance which was number one on the Billboard Hot 100 & Billboard 200 simultaneously for eight weeks. Drake has made a huge impact in the music industry creating his own lane and sound so distinctive and so unique that you instantly know a drake song from the first listen; Drake has been nominated for 8 Grammy awards this year taking the lead for the most nominated male and with 2016 being Drake's biggest year thus far in his career we can be assured he will be scooping up a vast majority of the prestigious awards next month.

The video directed by Daps & Quavo see's the Migos in almost what looks like a movie scene, set in the icy mountains the Migos approach an old traveler dropping a stack of cash as the beat begins to drop. The video see's Migos dressed up in various furs as they unleash their inner modern day warrior bow and arrow included, and what would a Hip Hop video be without sexy ladies all dressed in matching furs for this winter feel music video. The track is making some serious waves since its release and looks to be a huge banger for the start of 2017; the highly anticipated album Culture will see some huge duet's with Dj Khaled, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott & Lil Uzi Vert all making an appearance on this epic Hip- Hop album. A must have to start the year off in style.

Big Sean is back with a banging new track for the new year, 'Moves' taken from his fourth studio album 'I Decided' set for release on the 3rd February 2017. 'Moves' is the second single taken from the Hip Hop superstars highly anticipated album, the video released only yesterday will have us all in sync attempting to pick up the slick dance move that accompanies the lyrics to this club anthem. The music video shot with a simple white backdrop and green screen see's Big Sean surrounded by an abundance of models seductively moving to the beat of the track, The visual effects placed within the video sets a futuristic tone and keeps viewers engaged in this impulsive and high energy journey. Big Sean show's that you don't always need a club or mansion set to depict a hard core Hip Hop video and was able to strip back and serve us with a video that can only be described simply as artistic. Hopefully we see Big Sean scoop up some of the big awards during award season this year as the work an music he has supplied us with over the last few months such as 'Bounce Back' and 'Moves' sure do deserve it.

The hottest track at the moment now has a beautiful video to compliment it's sultry sound; Million Reason's is the second single to be released from Gaga's fifth studio album Joanne which was released in October. The video see's Gaga on the floor in the desert bleeding her heart before being rescued by a black SUV and taken on set. As she opens up what looks to be a gift Gaga's glam squad are prepping the star before she hits the set in a baby pink suit and hat with a white and gold guitar. Gaga gives us an emotional yet chi'c performance as she sits on a baby pink box completely stripped back in a way we have never seen from the artist, The video goes between a blend of colour pallets including black and white, the pastel arrangement of her performance along with the cool cold colour's from the desert scene and the concept seems to almost be like a video within a video as if we are watching a part of Gaga's life play out right in front of us. 

The song as we know is a huge hit worldwide and we have seen Mz Lady Gaga perform the hit track all over the world including the recent Victoria Secret Fashion Show in Paris an the UK Xfactor show; a song we all know the words to and one that really puts us in the Christmas spirit especially as its the season for family, love and friends. An outstanding conceptual art form of music video which we absolutely love Gaga for with a  and song that will resonate in our hearts forever.
