Fashion Trends At Coachella 2017

This years Coachella kicked off with a bang to say the least, with some amazing high energy performances from 'Lady gaga, Kendrick Lamar, Future, Dj Snake & Lauren Hill, Kehlani, Dj Khaled, Skepta, The Atomics, Radio Head, Stormzy' and many many more. But whats really been catching the eye of people across the globe becoming its own trending topic are the Coachella fashion statements made at this years music festival by some very familiar faces, and these ladies proved that they came to slay. Check out some of our favorite celebrity looks during week 1 of the 2017 Coachella music festival. 

Rihanna - @badgalriri

Fashion Queen Rihanna rocked out over the weekend in a Gucci embellished jumpsuit and face mask with Gucci shorts and vest before serving us another great look with a cold shoulder denim jacket with knee high animal hoove boots giving futuristic country & western bandit realness. Both Jourdan Dunn & Sevyn Streeter opted for a cowgirl feel with denim frayed ripped shorts and ankle boots a look that's classic, timeless and most certainly on trend this summer as a festival favorite, (so if you don't have these two necessary items for the summer, what you waiting for?? hit the shops real quick and pick up a pair).

It wasn't just the clothes that was causing fashion mania all over social media, hair was a huge trending topic also with the likes of Kylie Jenner sporting her new doo during Coachella starting off with a neon green or (Kylighter green) bob, before changing to a unicorn purple shorter bob. And Kylie was not the only one going hair colour crazy during Coachella; Kehlani also sported a number of colours over the weekend including Sea Blue, Pink and black with purple highlights. For us, both girls took over the hair game during Coachella and were brave enough to play around not only with their clothing but utilize their hair as an accessory during the festival.

Laura Govan killed her night time Chochella desert look in a beautiful gold dress by Moschino and distressed denim jacked by Shop In Real Life finished off with gold strap heels, now for most outdoor music festival this look may not be appropriate however its Cochella where all is welcomed and we loved Laura's unapologetic fashion statement proving (if there's no rd carpet, you bring the red carpet to you).

Miss Sevyn Streeter is back with another RnB heart-melter "Before I Do". Taken from the highly anticipated album "Girl Disrupted" which is set for release January 2017 "Before I Do" is the 4th single Sevyn has released from her third unreleased album. The single has an soulful and enchanting melody that captivates you right off the back, and the uber sexy sleek video compliments the song on so many levels. Sevyn's sound is always evolving with each record but still has an RnB flare and a clear indication of her sound and even her inspirations from the 90's. The video see's Sevyn at home playfully flirting with the camera as she rolls around in bed with a sheer mini dress conveying her love story for all viewers. A great song, sound and video and one that will sure have us all captivated going into the new year. We are so looking forward to the "Girl Disrupted" album and have loved every single Sevyn has released thus far, hopefully she is recognized for her song writing skills and music in 2017 as she is the #Truth

Sevyn Streeter Feat: Gucci Mane - Prolly 

The incredible 'Sevyn Streeter' is back with an amazing new track featuring 'Gucci Mane' titled '"Prolly".  The single is taken from 'Sevyn's' upcoming second studio album "Girl Interupted" which is set for release early 2017. The first single "Prolly" taken from the highly anticipated second album is already a big hit on the radio and in the clubs and is circulating its way around the globe. The music video is serving us armageddon at its finest as we watch 'Sevyn' slay during the end of the world. The music video was inspired by the movie franchise "Mad Max" and gives us a futuristic taste of what the end will "Prolly" look like acording to the talented singer songwriter. We can not wait for 'Sevyn's' next single's she will be releasing from "Girl Interupted" along with the visual release which will be every month until the album release date and we are uber excited.

Woman Crush Wednesday #WCW

Today our #Womancrushwednesday is the beautiful and super talented Sevyn Streeter. Sevyn's career began in the girl groups TG4 & Rich Girl before becoming a solo artist. Sevyn first solo EP 'Call Me Crazy' released December 2013 went onto get Sevyn nominated for a soul train award and global recognition. 

July 17th 2015 Sevyn released the first of two planned  EP's 'Shoulda Been There PT.1' which features a raunchy image of Sevyn on the cover. The EP I must say myself is an amazing body of work and is a MUST HAVE for 2015.
