The celebs have been out and about over the last few days with multiple red carpet events and the biggest fashion experience known as Fashion Week taking over the globe, every famous face completely slayed their looks but not everyone made it to our Best Dressed List. Halle Berry took to the red carpet for the Kingsman: The Golden Circle premiere which was held in London, Halle wore a gorgeous Elle Saab sleeveless floor length sheer gown with a flower motif embellishment, Halle complimented her look with black open toe heels and a messy bun hairdo. Adwoa Aboah attended the BFC Vogue Fashion Fund Cocktail Party held in London sporting a polka dot all in one ensemble with an over-sized tiger print fur coat, her look was finished with black open toe heels and classic chandelier earrings. The talk of the town however has been the Love magazine party which was held in London and everyone who is anyone was in attendance including Doutzen Kroes who was head to toe in Miu Miu sporting a powder pink flared trouser and top accompanied with a clear rain mac with a unicorn purple over-sized collar; Joan Smalls who was also in attendance rocked out in a pair of denim quarter jeans with front split and a simple white t-shirt and the infamous Miu Miu clear rain mac. It was Mz Jourdan Dunn however who stole the show in a sheer 1940 inspired shoulder strap dress with a high front split and feather embellishment; Jourdan finished her look with open toe embellished heels silver jewellery and a powder pink coat and completely rocked this look. Jourdan is known for pushing the boundaries when it comes to what she wears and always look's fabulous however this look right here might be one of our Fav's for Jourdan; its simple, elegant and effortless a true show stopper.

Julien Macdonald SS17 Collection LFW

The Julien Macdonald show had mouth open during London Fashion Week as the models strut down the runway in a flawless and utterly glamorous fashion show. The British designer collection was uber sexy with an array of mini dresses, booty shorts and crop tops & embellished jackets and jumpsuits. The colour palette for the collection was a mixture of nudes, golds, silver, blacks and grey's and white serving a chic'c and super sexy masterpiece. Perfect for any girls wardrobe this collection left little to the imagination yet keeping an elegant and classy form in true Julien Macdonald style. The collection is not only wearable but one that can transcend to various ages and generations in years to come, a perfect and flawless masterpiece.

Burberry SS17 Collection LFW

The Burberry SS17 showcase brought London to a complete standstill last week as the fashion house took over LFW. The fashion show featured live music from the London Metropolitian Orchestra as the decadent collection cascade down the runway. Tailored trousers, balloon sleeve styled shirts and jackets, layered skirts, a variation of Mac jackets, were all on display with an abundance of patterns, textures and layers which gave an amazing stamp of approval on this very bohemian chi'c inspired collection. wearable, durable and most of all fashionable the SS17 Burberry collection displayed utter sophistication, class and an unapologetic sound throughout the entire showcase making this one of our favorite shows during LFW; completely outstanding.

Ashish SS17 Collection LWF

Ashish was the talk of the town during London Fashion Week with their amazing Indian inspired collection. The runway show contained many bold and colourful looks depicting ancient Gods such Kali, Vishnu, Brahma & Shiva using bright vibrant makeup and head pieces to finish off the glamorous cultured collection. Bright yellow's, blues, pinks golds and white depicted the thesis with hand beaded jewels to set a perfect finish. The collection not only displayed a new generation of fashion but a wearable one that could be worn throughout everyday life whilst staying true to the brand and the collections thesis.

Marc Jacobs
SS17 Collection

The incredible Marc Jacobs proved why he is King of the runway during New York Fashion Week as he unveiled his rave inspired electro party collection. A stary backdrop and runway supplied us with the all round element and vibe of this lady of the night collection. Marc Jacobs gave us the opportunity to over indulge in lace, denim, pvc, leather, and metallic's with amazing prints vibrant colours and gorgeous textures. Each garment was accompanied with 'Marc's' uber cute platform shoe/boot pushing that dirty girl grunge vibe that extra bit further and we loved every minute of it with the models all wearing faux dreadlocks to finish off the overall runway look. Marc Jacobs is known for his innovative, bold and unapologetic collections & designs and this collection was no different an absolute genius of our time and a true true fashion legend; 

'Marc' we Ja'dore you.

SS17 Collection

Rodarte stole the show during New York Fashion Week with a flawless SS17 collection. The models walked against a mirrored backdrop with tropical plants and mood lighting which set the tone for the lace infused collection we were greeted with. The collection saw an abundance of feathers and lace infused with sultry leathers and hand bead-work which served for an ultra elegant and super chi'c catwalk. Each garment brought a purpose center stage as the delicate ensambles cascaded down the runway; ruffled skirts and crop tops, slim fitted trousers, over sized coats, ruffled dresses along with the occasional floor length gown were all a focal point throughout the collection bringing this delicate yet wearable collection to life. This would have been the perfect collection for 'Beyonc'e' within her current aesthetic a perfect blend of the early 1900's fashion Gregorian era upgraded to a more dynamic time.

New York City embraced Michael Kors during the showing of his SS17 collection and we must say it was an epic one at that. The collection featured an array of delicate floral prints mixed with rigid overcoats with an almost art pop military feel. chiffon's, lace and cottons paved the way throughout the show with a multitude of skinny platform heels to compliment each piece. The collection is certainly wearable and could not only be seen on celebs attending VIP events but your everyday woman also whom may have a full time office job or a mother who picking up her children from daycare with a passion for fashion. This collection is completely adorable and one i feel a lot of ladies are going to be scrambling around to get their hands on in 2017.

Its that time of year again people where the world of fashion takes over the biggest cities in the world New York, London, Paris & Milan for Spring/Summer Fashion Week 2017 (SS17). New York kicked off this years event and we will be highlighting the very best runway shows from NYFW. The Alexander Wang show shut New York down showcasing a boyish collection with a soft palette of colours and delicate materials. The collection consisted of baggy boyfriend shorts, over-sized jackets, lace trim dresses, delicately constructed bra tops with puff effect skirts; the collection saw a vary of ensambles with a sporty feel throughout utilizing the year of the tomboy. The beautifully thought out colour palette complemented the collection impeccably with a mix of soft grey's, blues, nudes and whites with vibrant pops of prints, neons and pastels.

London's Men's Collections is in full swing and we were not only right there front row and center at the fashion shows but at the best drinks reception during fashion week. Gieves & Hawkes held a private reception along with an exhibition of their AW16 collection in the heart of Central London. 

 The British brand held host to some of Britain's suavest male celebrity's including Dermot o'Leary and David Gandy rocking the hottest trends of the season. 

Gieves & Hawkes AW16 collection showcased a variation of blazers, woven jumpers, scarves and impeccable coats and jackets. The mixture of light and dark tones complimented each piece magnificently and the variety of various tweeds and other fabrics brought the amazing designs to life during the impeccable event. An all round amazing event and collection showing the world exactly what London has to offer.
