Throwback Thursday

#TBT Ice Queen

Our Throwback Thursday today is for our very own SS14 leather bodice gown which was featured in Runway Magazine back in 2014, this was our first collection ever which landed us on the map including participating in our first off scheduled fashion week show. The photo shoot was inspired by cruella de vil and our embellished gown with a black & white spiral print really conveyed the 101 Dalmatian's sinister enemy.

Lil Kim - Crush On You

Our Throwback Thursday goes to the original Queen herself 'Lil Kim' with the Hip-Hop classic "Crush On You" taken from the album "Hardcore" released in 1996. The song hit big on the 'US Rap Charts' peaking at number 1. The video however has gone down in history as one of the best videos of the 90's giving us a club vibe with various color changes including sets, lighting, costume and hair. 'Lil Kim' was notorious for supplying us with raunchy lyrics and videos and "Crush On You" was no different as the Hip Hop Queen struts around in lingerie and Fur coats displaying the life of a Hip Hop Boss. 'Lil Kim' has broken various barriers during her reign and has remained a household name throughout the years making her an icon figure in the music industry.
